More than 2,000 athletes tackle Spartan Race courses on Tenerife

Competitors from across Europe could choose between 5 km with 20 obstacles, 10 km with 25 and 21 km with 30. Spectators gathered along the route, among them at the large car park in Puerto de la Cruz. It was the fifth edition on the island.

Spartan Puerto de la Cruz Teneriffa 3 — There was a five-kilometre race with 20 obstacles, a ten-kilometre race with 25 obstacles and a 21-kilometre race with 30 obstacles.

Spartan Puerto de la Cruz Teneriffa 5 — The Spartan Race is about more than just sport. It also offers the chance to explore some of the most beautiful destinations. The event has now been held in Tenerife for the fifth time.
