In Puerto Lajas, the Fiestas del Pino combine a ceremonial address in honour of Nuestra Señora del Pino with a night of music, featuring first Los Alisios del Norte and then a verbena. In Tuineje, the pilgrimage takes the form of a traditional procession through the town, featuring decorated floats, music and traditional dress, whilst ELARA: Family Theatre in Antigua tells the story of a girl’s journey through planets and galaxies.
