Ludwig: A Family Heirloom featuring Beethoven in Las Palmas

In the play, Beethoven searches for inspiration for his most famous symphony. Together with his friends Elisa and Nikolaus, he embarks on a musical journey across Europe in pursuit of it. The plot follows his most beloved melodies and weaves them into a narrative about the brotherhood of nations.
The text and direction are by José Carlos Campos, who also plays Beethoven on stage. Carol Sosa takes on the role of Elisa, whilst Manuel Gómez Ruiz plays Nikolaus. The ensemble is accompanied by violin, cello and piano.
The performance is part of the VanBonn Festival and takes place in the Sala de Cámara at the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The running time is 55 minutes.
