At the heart of the story is Denis, a shoemaker from the village of Cuentópolis, who has to make do with very few materials and can do just one thing: make shoes. He is supported by his girlfriend Sophie, who believes in his talent. One night, the Clovens appear, magical goblins who help people with an ancient tradition, the ritual of the golden thread.
Using the materials provided by the Clovens, Denis crafts special shoes that even catch the king's eye. As a result, he is appointed royal shoemaker. From then on, the plot unfolds into a series of adventures involving humans, goblins and the royal family.
The performance takes place at the Teatro Municipal Juan Ramón Jiménez in Telde. Admission costs eight euros. A separate ticket is required for each person, including babies. Pushchairs are not permitted in the auditorium. Doors open 30 minutes before the performance begins.
