Crafts Fair at the Fiestas de Octubre in San Sebastián
The Muestra de Artesanía is the craft fair held as part of the Fiestas de Octubre in San Sebastián de La Gomera. In the Plaza de Las Américas, exhibitors showcase their handicrafts, and at midday there is music featuring the Parranda Chigadá and Tendal de San Andrés y Sauces from La Palma. The event forms part of the celebrations in honour of the Virgen de Guadalupe.

The arts and crafts fair will take place on Saturday 3 October 2026, from 10:30 to 20:00, at the Plaza de Las Américas in San Sebastián de La Gomera. It forms part of the Fiestas de Octubre, which are celebrated in honour of the Virgen de Guadalupe, the patron saint of La Gomera.
The programme on the square includes a performance at 12 noon by Parranda Chigadá together with Tendal de San Andrés y Sauces. The guest group is from La Palma. The fair thus combines craftwork with a musical event as part of the festivities.
The celebrations are organised by the San Sebastián de La Gomera Town Council and the La Gomera Island Council.
