The 51st Subida a Tamaimo is a hill climb race forming part of the Tenerife Hill Climb Championship, held on the TF-454, featuring free practice, official practice and two race heats. The race covers a distance of 5.2 kilometres to the finish line in Tamaimo. Designated parking areas for spectators are provided along the route. The event concludes with a finish-line ceremony and prize-giving in the village.

The route covers 5,200 metres uphill along the TF-454 to Tamaimo. The start is at kilometre 5.7 at an altitude of 164.5 metres, whilst the finish is at kilometre 0.5 in Tamaimo at 536.5 metres. The race therefore covers 372 metres of elevation gain.
Race day begins at 8:30 with free practice. This will be followed by official practice, as well as Race One and Race Two. The finish-line ceremony will then take place on Calle Real in Tamaimo, whilst the prize-giving ceremony will be held in Plaza Santa Ana.
Parking areas for spectators have been designated along the TF-454. The TF-454 and TF-47 will be closed to traffic from 6:30. The road closures in the Tamaimo area will remain in place until 19:00.
