The Acroyoga Jam at Playa Jardín is an open session for practising, trying things out and having fun with other acroyogis. It is not a guided class, but rather a free-form space with on-site support. The event is open to anyone who would like to practise acroyoga in a group setting. Entry is free.

The jam takes place every Tuesday from 17:00 to 20:30 at Playa Jardín in Puerto de la Cruz. The meeting point is the beach area on Avenida Blas Pérez González.
Acrojams are open, unstructured sessions. The focus is on socialising, practising together and having fun trying things out with other acroyogis. There is guidance on site, but no lessons in the traditional sense and no one leading the group through a structured session. Instead, people come together to carry, fly, spot and learn from one another.
A yoga mat, towel and water are recommended for participants. The session is organised by Mary Cabral.
