First Tai Chi Day at the IX Juegos Máster in Bajamar
The first Tai Chi day of the IX Juegos Máster will feature a Tai Chi session on the Bajamar seafront promenade. The event forms part of the multi-sport games organised by the Tenerife Island Council and is aimed at adults who wish to keep active, as well as anyone interested in healthy leisure activities. Participation is free of charge, but registration is required.

The Tai Chi event forms part of the IX Juegos Máster, a multi-sport initiative organised by the Tenerife Island Council. The aim of this series is to promote active participation, healthy leisure activities and social interaction through organised exercise. The first Tai Chi day will take place outdoors on the Paseo Marítimo de Bajamar in the municipality of La Laguna.
A two-hour session is planned from 18:00 to 20:00 right on the seafront promenade. The venue has been chosen as a suitable space for this discipline and is integrated into the overall programme of the Juegos Máster.
Participation is free of charge, but prior registration via the official platform is required. The registration period begins on Monday 28 September at 8:00 and ends on Friday 9 October at 12.00 noon. A link to the 2026 Tai Chi regulations is also available on the event page.
