The Keroxen event on 10 October brings together several projects that deliberately move beyond conventional concert formats. Namkhai Yeshi and Alessandro Di Maio will open the programme with a site-specific acousmatic installation that translates programming language into analogue spaces and aims to make the physical and spiritual presence of sound tangible.
Sunday German Flowers will be performing alongside Gregorio Viera. The band from Gran Canaria thus brings their career to a close in the spirit of their seventh album from 2025, accompanied by Viera's analogue and critical visual and performance art. Also featuring is the Ensemble minimalista del CSMC, a septet of students from the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Canarias under the direction of Fernando Cano, which interprets the classical repertoire from a minimalist and avant-garde perspective.
Agua Dulce features Alejandra Cárdenas, known as Ale Hop, and Laura Robles. Their duo deconstructs traditional Peruvian rhythms using the cajón, modular synthesis and organic soundscapes. In False Vectors, Muqata'a and Fairouz Hasan combine grainy soundscapes with microscopic imagery, exploring experiences of disorientation, frustration and orientation in a fragmented world. Praed rounds off the evening with a blend of Arabic pop, space jazz and psychedelic rock.
The event is part of Keroxen 2026 and marks the final leg of the festival in Santa Cruz, Tenerife, before it moves on to Lanzarote and London. Tickets are available via the event website.
