A performance by the long-established music group Los Sabandeños is, of course, a must on Canary Islands Day.
There were plenty of traditional costumes to admire during the grand traditional costume parade through Puerto de la Cruz. A large crowd lined the route.
The children had a great time too.
The traditional processions are accompanied by numerous ox-drawn carts.
Of course, the little ones had a great time even away from the main action.
