Canarias UP! with Caffest and UpMarket in Puerto del Rosario
Canarias UP! is bringing together a weekend of coffee festival, show cooking, a market and video games in Puerto del Rosario. The Centro Insular de Juventud will host Caffest, UpMarket and TecnoUp!, as well as cooking demonstrations featuring Majorero cheese with a designation of origin. Entry is free and no ticket is required; the event is also aimed at families.

The Canarias UP! stand on Fuerteventura comprises four areas. Caffest is all about coffee culture, featuring brunch, barista demonstrations, a DJ and music. Under the title 'Somos lo que Comemos', young Canary Islands chefs will be putting on cooking demonstrations featuring Majorero cheese with a designation of origin.
There is also TecnoUp!, where video games developed in the Canary Islands and other projects are showcased. UpMarket features products and brands from local businesses. The event thus brings together cuisine, retail and digital projects in one place.
It is open on Friday 16 October from 16:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday 17 October 2026 from 10:00 to 20:00. The venue is the Centro Insular de Juventud in Puerto del Rosario. Entry is free and no ticket is required. The Hackathon Canarias UP! and the Tardeo Meet Connection networking event are also part of the same programme; registration is required for these.
