With 'Miradas sobre la arquitectura', the Fuerteventura Chamber of Architects is presenting its first exhibition to bring together different ways of viewing, thinking about and creating architecture in the Canary Islands. On display are models, plans, images and projects that offer a glimpse behind the scenes of a building project.
The focus is on the ideas behind the designs, the decisions made during the planning process, the relationship with the respective location and different understandings of architecture. The exhibition aims to make architecture accessible to a wide audience and to highlight the work of the people who make such projects possible.
The opening will take place on Tuesday, 20 October 2026, at 18:00 at the Centro de Arte Juan Ismael in Puerto del Rosario. Admission is free. Following the opening, the exhibition will be open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
