During the Romería del Rosario de Agüimes, floats from the neighbourhoods and various groups parade through the town alongside parrandas and folk ensembles. The route is designed as a festive procession featuring music, tradition and Canary Islands customs.
The event forms part of the celebrations in honour of the Virgen del Rosario. The focus is on time-honoured customs and the folklore of the Canary Islands, which will be on full display and in full swing during this 30th edition.
The pilgrimage begins on 3 October 2026 at 18:00 and ends at 23:00. The venue is the car park at the Agüimes municipal swimming pool on Calle Dr. Joaquín Artiles, s/n.
