The programme will feature short competition pieces that bring together different styles and perspectives within contemporary dance. The festival has established itself as an international meeting place for emerging dance artists and offers the audience the opportunity to see focused works from various countries in a compact programme.
MASDANZA was founded in 1996 by the dancer and choreographer Natalia Medina. The competition programme is now regarded as an international benchmark and has launched numerous young careers. The official announcement states that this evening's performance will last around 60 minutes, including an interval.
