Closing ceremony with music and a series of firecrackers in Lomo Apolinario
The evening programme of the festivities in Lomo Apolinario concludes in the square by the Church of San Vicente de Paúl, with background music and a series of firecrackers. This event brings Saturday to a close following the Romero procession at 20:00 and the 'tardeo' at 21:00. On Sunday, the religious part of the festivities begins with the masses.

The closing ceremony of the Saturday programme will begin on 3 October 2026 at 23:30 in the Plaza de la Iglesia de San Vicente de Paúl in Lomo Apolinario, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The programme will feature background music and a series of firecrackers to mark the end of the festivities.
This brings Saturday evening's celebrations in the neighbourhood to a close. Earlier, at 20:00, the Romero procession will pass through the same square, whilst the Tardeo will take place there from 21:00.
On Sunday, 4 October, the programme continues with the religious part of the festivities. This includes a morning Mass and a midday Mass to mark the Feast of the Familia Vicenciana.
