The concert series forms part of the supporting programme for Gran Canaria Frontón King at El Frontón in Gáldar. The performances take place right by the coast, with several sets each day. On Saturday 17 October, DJ Gotzy will kick things off with Sunset Corona from 17:00 to 19:30. This will be followed by Habana 500 from 19:30 to 21:00 and Calle Boogaloo from 21:00 to 22:30.
On Friday 23 October, 'Sunset Corona' returns, this time with DJ Mike-M from 17:00 to 19:30. Eléggua is on the programme from 19:30 to 21:00, followed by Yet Garbey from 21:00 to 22:30. On Saturday 24 October, DJ Estro will play from 17:30 to 19:00, followed by DJ Belda from 19:00 to 21:00 and Playa Coco from 21:00 to 22:30.
Sunday 25 October is designated as Family Day and runs from 10:00 to 15:30. Planned activities include a market, food trucks, children's activities and music with DJ Estro. On Friday, 30 October, the daytime programme begins at 18:00 with DJ Dara Ortega, followed by Kilian Viera from 19:30 to 21:00 and Sombras del Caribe from 21:00 to 22:30.
The music programme combines Cuban and Caribbean styles with DJ sets and pop music from the islands. Genres include Son Cubano, salsa, timba, boogaloo, reggae and electronic sounds. The event is organised by Gran Canaria Frontón King.
