In this production, Mónica Lleó develops a comic stage character whom she herself has created, directed and performs. According to the programme notes, the character's recurring neuroses unfold almost like variations on Ravel's “Boléro” and set the rhythm of the evening.
Graciela Conchalovsky draws on clichés from both sides of the Atlantic whilst seeking her place amongst different cultures. Monologues with a distinctly sarcastic tone emerge from themes of migration, identity and the contradictions of everyday life.
The performance will take place on Friday, 30 October 2026, at the Teatro Cruce de Culturas in Cruce de Arinaga, in the municipality of Agüimes. It begins at 20:00 and is scheduled to end at 21:05. The official running time is 65 minutes. Admission costs three euros.
