"Todo pa' última hora" is Jorge Ávila's second solo show. It centres on everyday life, which is constantly characterised by time pressure, procrastination and unexpected twists. Ávila turns this into a stand-up show about being late, even in adult life.
The evening combines personal anecdotes with everyday contradictions and situations that will be familiar to many: things one meant to do later, minor mishaps and those modern-day tragedies of everyday life that often seem all too familiar yet are rarely spoken of openly. The humour is described as direct and keenly observant.
The performance will take place at the Centro Cultural Guaires, Calle Guaires 29, in Gáldar on Gran Canaria. It is organised by the Cultural Department of the Town of Gáldar. The show is not recommended for under-18s.
