This production by Astrea Teatro and Ágora follows the Tyrone family through a single day in a house by the sea. There, affection and hurt repeatedly clash, and every conversation bears the weight of a long shared history. The production condenses Eugene O'Neill's family drama into an evening in which old wounds and disappointments resurface.

Ernesto Caballero is responsible for the adaptation and direction. The cast is led by Carlos Hipólito and Mapi Sagaseta, with Alex Villazón and Nicolás Illoro also appearing on stage. The play will be performed at the Teatro Cuyás in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The performance lasts 100 minutes. For the two scheduled performances on Friday 15 January 2027 and Saturday 16 January 2027, the shows begin at 19:30 and end at 21:10. Tickets cost 12, 15, 20 or 23 euros, depending on the seat category.

The play is one of Eugene O'Neill's best-known works. This production builds on a theatrical history in which the drama, since its world premiere in 1956 at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Sweden, has also been staged on Broadway and in London's West End.
