The regional folklore festival will see A.F. Los Lomitos de Correa and other invited groups take to the stage at Plaza Tifariti in Valsequillo. There will be singing, dancing and music featuring Canary Islands songs, dances and customs. The event is aimed at families and anyone who would like to experience the Canary Islands' traditional culture. It will take place outdoors in the town centre.

Plaza Tifariti is the main open-air stage of the festival programme and is situated in the heart of Valsequillo on Gran Canaria. In the town's festival calendar, the folklore gathering is one of the final events and takes place on the same Friday as the ceremonial return of San Miguel to his altar in the church at 19:00.
The evening is organised as an open gathering of several groups, combining music and dance in an open-air setting. The published programme does not mention an admission fee.
