Run Stay Alive is a running and activity day at the Parque Romano in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The programme includes 5-kilometre and 1.6-kilometre runs, as well as a children's run, alongside workshops on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and health education activities. The event is also aimed at families. Admission costs 10 euros.

At Run Stay Alive, exercise and health education go hand in hand. At the Parque Romano, there are several running events, including a five-kilometre race, a 1.6-kilometre run and a children's race. The programme therefore appeals both to participants who wish to run a standard distance and to families with children.
In addition to the runs, the programme includes workshops on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as well as other health education activities. The event will take place on Sunday, 18 October 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Parque Romano in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
