The Arucas Town Council is once again organising the run under the slogan 'Tolerancia Cero' as a day of sporting activities to combat violence against women. The event will start on Saturday, 21 November 2026, at 9:00 at the Plaza de la Constitución in Arucas.
The programme includes children's routes, tailored to different age groups, as well as a route for adults. The run will take place on a circuit designed to be comfortable and safe, whilst causing as little disruption to traffic as possible.
Participation is free of charge. Anyone wishing to take part must register online in advance. Registration is open from 28 September to 5 October and is also used to ensure participants receive the correct T-shirt size.
The event is organised by the Office for Equal Opportunities for Women and Men. The focus is not on competition, but on the shared message of zero tolerance towards violence against women.
