The focus of the evening is on Abraham Cupeiro as a musician and researcher of historical and unusual instruments. His live performance lasts 90 minutes and combines various timbres with instruments that are rarely heard in standard concert settings. The result is a performance that focuses less on a conventional programme and more on the exploration of sound and instruments.
The concert will take place at the Teatro Circo de Marte in Santa Cruz de La Palma. Tickets cost 22 euros and are available online and at the theatre box office. The Teatro Circo de Marte is a venue steeped in tradition, which was converted from a former circus building into a theatre and is now used as a cultural venue in the island's capital.
