In Los Llanos de Aridane, Laura Farré Rozada is presenting a recital conceived as a journey through sound. The programme unfolds from a state of silence through several stages: chaos, sound, music and the cosmos. Each phase builds upon the previous one and leads musically to the next.
The programme includes works by Komitas, Debussy, Gayane Chebotarian, Ofer Ben-Amots, Tatev Amiryan and Alexei Stanchinsky. The detailed announcement also mentions Nenov and Abramian. The pieces to be performed include Debussy's 'Pour le piano' and 'The Butterfly Effect' by Ofer Ben-Amots, a work dedicated to the pianist herself.
The evening will also feature the world premiere of a work by a composer from the Canary Islands. The concert will take place at the Espacio Cultural El Secadero in Los Llanos de Aridane on La Palma and will last 60 minutes. Tickets cost 5 euros and are available via ecoentradas.
