To mark its 20th anniversary, Abubukaka is staging a two-part anniversary programme at the Teatro Leal in La Laguna. The first part is devoted to the group's first decade, from 2006 to 2016. It features a selection of sketches, recurring characters and those absurd ideas with which Abubukaka has developed its own comic language.
The performance is intended as a retrospective of the Canary Islands comedy troupe's early years and combines nostalgia, parody and unexpected twists. The second part, featuring material from the subsequent years, will be performed the following day. Anyone wishing to see the full scope of the group's work can attend both evenings.
The performance begins on Monday 9 November 2026 at 20:00 at the Teatro Leal in the old town of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Tickets cost either 20 or 36 euros, depending on the seat. Seats for people with reduced mobility are available exclusively by telephone or directly at the theatre box office.
