At Plaza La Pescadora on the beach promenade in Los Cristianos, the Arona Folk Fest brings together a market and folk culture. Handicrafts and regional produce are on offer, accompanied by folk music from Arona. The seaside location defines the character of the event as a meeting place celebrating Canary Islands heritage and local traditions.
The event takes place on several Thursdays, including 8, 15, 22 and 29 October 2026, as well as 5, 12, 19 and 26 November 2026. The market days all begin at 16:00. For some dates in December, the event is scheduled to run until 21:30.
The Arona Folk Fest is organised by the Arona Municipal Tourist Office. Admission is free.
