The "Rastro en el Mercado" flea market takes place in the municipal market hall in Puerto de la Cruz. As well as the flea market stalls, there is a wide range of food and drink on offer.
The market hall itself features stalls selling fruit and vegetables from both traditional and organic farms, meat, poultry, fresh, salted and smoked fish, cheese, honey and mojo sauces. There are also gastrobars that young restaurateurs have opened in the hall in recent years.
