Closing dance of the Fiestas de La Perdoma with Swin Latino
The grand folk dance in the Plaza de la Iglesia brings the Fiestas de La Perdoma to a close, accompanied by music from Swin Latino y su Banda. An hour earlier, the flag will be handed over to the 2027 festival committee there. The celebration forms part of the festival programme for the La Perdoma district of La Orotava.

The closing dance will take place on Sunday, 11 October 2026, at 22:00 in the Plaza de la Iglesia in La Perdoma. Prior to this, at 21:00 in the same square, the flag will be handed over to the new 2027 festival committee, which will take charge of organising the next edition.
The event forms part of the Fiestas de La Perdoma 2026, which will be celebrated from 30 September to 11 October. The festival honours the district's patron saints, Nuestra Señora del Santísimo Rosario and San Jerónimo, and, according to the source, has a tradition stretching back more than 70 years.
A fireworks display is also planned for the same Sunday, starting at 18:00. The organisers ask that pets be protected from the noise and that people sensitive to noise be given advance warning. The festival committee reserves the right to make changes or cancel individual programme items and will announce any updates on social media.
