«Dacio Ferrera» is a stage show combining music, spoken word and memories, in honour of the singer Dacio Ferrera, who was born in Arafo. This tribute is aimed at those with an interest in Canarian folk music and in the work of one of the genre's most influential voices. The programme pays tribute to Dacio Ferrera, who hails from Arafo and is described as a key figure in Canary Islands folk music. The tribute combines music with spoken texts and reminiscences.
The performers include Héctor González, Fabiola Socas, José Manuel Ramos, Juan Carlos 'El Palmero' and Domingo 'El Colorao'. They are joined by members of Los Sabandeños and Atlantes. Oswaldo Bordón is responsible for the dramaturgy and direction.
The production will be staged on two evenings, on 16 and 17 October 2026, at 20:00 each night at the Auditorio Juan Carlos I in Arafo, on Calle Mario Marrero Fariña. Tickets are available via Tomaticket.
