The folklore festival in La Perdoma brings traditional Canary Islands music and dance to the Plaza de la Iglesia. It is one of the district's fiestas and is organised by the Tagoror senior citizens' group, the Agrupación Folclórica de Higa and the Parranda El Chiguet. The event is also suitable for families and brings the festive Sunday to a close with a craft fair and bread with chorizo.

The festival is part of the Fiestas de La Perdoma 2026 in La Orotava. Performing on stage will be the Tagoror senior citizens' group, the Agrupación Folclórica de Higa and the Parranda El Chiguet. The programme will feature traditional music and dances from the Canary Islands.
The performance marks the conclusion of the main Sunday event in the festival programme. The 39th craft fair begins at 10:00, followed by bread and chorizo from 13:00. The folklore festival starts at 19:00 in the Plaza de la Iglesia in La Perdoma.
The Fiestas de La Perdoma run from 30 September to 11 October and are celebrated in honour of the patron saints, Nuestra Señora del Santísimo Rosario and San Jerónimo. The programme is organised by the La Perdoma Festival Committee with the support of La Orotava Town Council.
