The Great Verbena of the Fuegos del Lomo in Icod de los Vinos
The Fuegos del Lomo are holding a big verbena with Generación Zero in the El Lomo neighbourhood of Icod de los Vinos. Before that, there will be children's games on the programme in the afternoon, making the fiesta suitable for families too. The highlight of the evening is the grand 'Verbena de los Fuegos del Lomo', featuring a performance by Generación Zero. It begins on Friday, 2 October 2026, at 21:30 in the Barrio de El Lomo in Icod de los Vinos. Children's games are scheduled for 17:30 to kick off the festivities in the neighbourhood.
The Fuegos del Lomo are the festivities of the El Lomo neighbourhood and take place in the first few days of October, running alongside the celebrations in Los Piquetes and El Calvario. They are organised by the festival committees and their volunteers, with the support of the Icod de los Vinos local council. The full programme runs until 5 October.
