The 4th Adobo and Wine Festival in Tegueste begins on Saturday, 10 October 2026, at 13:00 in the Plaza del Socorro in El Socorro. It is organised by Tegueste Town Council.
The focus is on adobo, a cooking method deeply rooted in the cuisine of northern Tenerife, which will be paired with wines from the region during the event. Live music is also on the programme.
The event shares the day with a craft market, which takes place at the same venue from 11:00 to 18:00. Both events mark the final conclusion of El Socorro's festival calendar, one week after the closing celebrations on 4 October.
