The event will take place in the Sala Cristal at the Exconvento de Santo Domingo in San Cristóbal de La Laguna and forms part of the cultural programme for the second International Juego del Palo Festival 'Ciudad de La Laguna'.
The programme comprises two items. At 17:00, the publication '55 Years of CUPC (1971-2026)' will be presented. It traces the history of the University Collective for Canarian Palo. This will be followed at 18:00 by a presentation of the initiative to have the Canarian Juego del Palo recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The cultural event will run until 19:30. Admission is free.
