The production by the Kumbá SPC company combines dance and body percussion with influences from traditional Chilean music. At its heart lies the experience of people who are regarded as different, as well as that of migrants who, from a very young age, have to adapt to a foreign environment within their families and society. The piece tells the story of how these different worlds collide, intermingle and enrich one another.
The piece is a collective creation by the Chilean dancers Yaz Lolas and Marina Parra, in collaboration with Jep Meléndez. It is directed by Carlos Belda. Yaz Lolas and Marina Parra perform on stage.
The performance at the Teatro El Sauzal begins at 20:00. It lasts approximately 65 minutes. Admission costs between 9 and 12 euros.
