The production describes itself as a 'quasi-tragedy' and a 'quasi-comedy'. It tells of memories, loss and the attempt to live with the void left behind by people who are no longer with us. In doing so, the play challenges the taboo against speaking of death, whilst at the same time serving as both a tribute and an act of resilience.
On stage, physical theatre, circus and music are combined with a powerfully crafted visual language. The material shifts between quiet and intense emotional states and incorporates elements that are described as almost humorous, almost poetic, almost flamenco-like and almost dramatic. The company is Rebe al rebes. Ana Donoso Mora and Javier Prieto are credited.
