The festival programme begins on Wednesday 30 September with a festive mass in honour of St Jerome at 19:30, followed by the play 'Doble Vida' at 20:00 in the Auditorio Francisco Álvarez Abrante. On Thursday 1 October, the festival address will take place at 20:30 in the Plaza de la Iglesia. On Friday 2 October, the gala for the election of the festival queen is scheduled for 20:30 at the Colegio Infanta Elena, followed by the youth night from 23:00.
On Saturday 3 October, the programme features a duathlon, Zumba and the grand wine festival from 20:30. Sunday, 4 October, brings the 39th Craft Fair from 10:00, '30 Years of Bread with Chorizo' at 13:00 and the Folklore Festival at 19:00. The festivities continue on Monday with a gymkhana and a pet meet-up, and on Tuesday, 6 October, with the ring-jumping on horseback at La Marzagana from 16:30.
Wednesday 7 October is Rosary Day, featuring a Mass, LOA and a sacred music concert from 19:00. On Thursday, the Announcement Procession takes place at 19:30, followed by a drag queen gala at 21:00. A children's festival and a dance evening are scheduled for Friday, 9 October. On Saturday, 10 October, there will be a children's day, an adults' festival and the 'Puretas Party'.
To round off the festivities on Sunday 11 October, a classic car show, the Mass of Sacrifice at 12 noon, the procession with fireworks from 18:00 and the grand closing dance at 22:00 are planned. According to the organisers, the fiestas have a tradition stretching back more than 70 years. The programme is organised by the La Perdoma Festival Committee with the support of La Orotava Town Council.
