The Psychology of Self-Awareness in Puerto de la Cruz
The 'Psicología del Autoconocimiento' event comprises two evenings focusing on emotional wellbeing. The event is aimed at people who wish to explore self-awareness and mental wellbeing. Under the title "Psicología del Autoconocimiento", two events are scheduled in Puerto de la Cruz, focusing on personal emotional wellbeing. Two consecutive sessions are planned for Tuesday 13 October 2026 and Wednesday 14 October 2026.
