The fifteenth edition of Saborea will take place from 16 October to 7 November 2026 in San Miguel de Abona. The gastronomic event is spread across the municipality's restaurants and does not have a single venue. Instead, the tapas route takes visitors through the participating establishments.
For the event, the restaurants are creating their own tapas especially for the occasion. The route is accompanied by regional produce and local wines. The series of events is therefore aimed at anyone who would like to discover the culinary scene of San Miguel de Abona across a number of venues.
As in previous years, the Saborea guidebook will be published again in 2026. It lists the participating restaurants and their tapas. In addition, gastronomic days and other activities taking place as part of Saborea are announced.
