Sabores en Cholas is a neighbourhood get-together in Las Eras featuring various activities and surprises. The event forms part of the final day of the festivities in honour of Nuestra Señora del Carmen and is aimed particularly at local residents. 'Cholas' are flip-flops in the Canary Islands, which is why the event bears this name.
