The Senior Citizens' Day begins with a departure from the Plaza del Socorro in El Socorro, Tegueste. From there, the trip sets off for La Matanza. Registration takes place in advance via the El Socorro 2026 Festival Committee.
Upon return, a communal lunch is planned for those present at the Plaza del Socorro. This will be followed by a verbena featuring the Tegueste Seniors' Ranchera group and the Cuadrado Mix group.
