An open-air solemn Mass of Offering is held in the Plaza de La Perdoma in honour of Our Lady of the Rosary and Saint Jerome. The food donations collected are given to charity. The Mass is accompanied by music from the Agrupación Folclórica de Higa, a local folk group.

The Mass forms part of the 2026 Fiestas de La Perdoma, during which the district of La Orotava honours its patron saints: Our Lady of the Holy Rosary and Saint Jerome. According to the organisers, the festival has a tradition stretching back more than 70 years.
The service in the Plaza de La Perdoma will be celebrated by Father Julián Cabrera Simoza, who will also deliver the sermon. The musical accompaniment will be provided by the Agrupación Folclórica de Higa from La Perdoma. The food donations collected during the Mass will go to charity.
The programme for the Fiestas de La Perdoma is organised by the La Perdoma Festival Committee with the support of the La Orotava Town Council.
