Part of the evening is the so-called 'Pregón', the traditional opening speech for the Fiestas del Rosario in Valle Tabares. It will be delivered by Dailos Daniel González, the Councillor for Festivals for the City of La Laguna. This will be followed by a 'Festival de Variedades', a variety show featuring a series of different performances.
To round off the evening, Grupo Gomeray will perform at the 'Verbena', the open-air dance evening. The event forms part of the programme for the Fiestas de Nuestra Señora del Rosario, which will take place in Valle Tabares from 26 September to 10 October 2026.
Earlier on the same day, at 18:30, the Rosary will be recited, followed by a Mass for the deceased at 19:00. This will be followed by three opening salvos, before the keynote speech and the entertainment programme begin in the evening. The programme has been organised by the festival committee, and the festival is supported by the City of La Laguna.
