The event in El Médano forms part of the 34th Tenerife Band Congress, which will take place from late July to late October 2026 across twelve municipalities on the island. The programme lists three participating bands for the performance in Granadilla de Abona: the A.M. Cruz Santa from Los Realejos, the S.P.B.M. Amigos del Arte from San Andrés and the A.C.B.M. José Reyes Martín from Granadilla de Abona.
The event forms part of Granadilla de Abona's cultural programme from September to November and is one of the major musical events of the quarter there. The concert will take place in the open air in the Plaza de El Médano, just a few metres from the promenade and the town centre. This makes it easy to combine attending the concert with a visit to the coastal town.
No advance booking is required for the event. The festival brings together brass bands from across the island and transforms El Médano's main square into a stage for a joint brass band programme on the evening in question.
