The Triathlon European Cup, taking place around the Plaza de España in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, features a swim in the harbour as well as cycling and running routes on a circuit along several main roads. The programme is aimed at elite athletes, age-group competitors, open championships and Paralympic sport. On Saturday, an aquathlon for young athletes will take place, followed on Sunday from 8:00 by the competitions, starting with the men's and women's elite races.

The European Triathlon Cup is once again being held around the Plaza de España in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The swimming leg takes place in the harbour of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The cycling and running legs follow a circuit along the Avenidas Constitución, Marítima and Francisco La Roche.
The programme for Sunday, 11 October 2026, includes the Canary Islands Paralympic Championships from 8:00. These will be followed at 9:00 by the Canary Islands Open Championships and the age-group categories. The women's elite race begins at 11:30, and the men's at 13:30.
The day before, on Saturday 10 October, the Acuatlón Menores for young athletes will take place at 12 noon. The weekend's programme thus includes competitions for young participants, para-sport categories, open championships and the international elite.
