Verbena with Wamampy and Revelación in Barranco Hondo
The Barranco Hondo Fiestas feature a night-time verbena with the dance bands Wamampy and Revelación. The dance night is the longest night of the festivities, running from Saturday into Sunday. It marks the transition to the grand Sunday of the celebrations in Candelaria.
The Verbena is one of the festivities held in honour of the Virgen de Dolores in Barranco Hondo and begins on Saturday, 10 October 2026, at 23:00. Performing on stage will be the dance bands Wamampy and Revelación, well-known across the islands. The event is designed as a long night of celebration and continues into Sunday morning.
Within the festival programme, this night marks the transition from Saturday to the main Sunday. The midday mass and the closing procession are scheduled for the following day. The Verbena is therefore the central musical highlight of the weekend within Barranco Hondo's festival programme.
