Playa de la Caleta in Caleta de Famara is situated in Teguise on Lanzarote. Its seabed, consisting of pebbles and white sand, is listed in the register for only two other bathing areas in the Canary Islands. The local council reports that there is a promenade and an access road. Measuring approximately 109 metres in length and around 15 metres in width, the beach is only about half as long as the average bathing area on Lanzarote.
