The focus is on the idea of fashion as a living space in which art and the body influence one another. The exhibition explores this concept, from almost sculptural details right through to complete designs, and presents fashion as a visual and performative language across the centuries.
It explores the dual relationship between clothing and art. On the one hand, clothing appears as an aesthetic creation in its own right; on the other, as an experience that only reveals its meaning when worn on the body. In this context, the skin is understood not merely as a vessel, but as an essential part of ephemeral forms that lie at the intersection of volume, movement and expression.
The arc from the modern era to the present day is also part of the evening's concept. Here, fashion is interpreted as a shared realm of art and everyday life. According to the event's approach, it is particularly in fashion shows that the invisible nature of this connection becomes visible.
The event runs from 19:00 to 21:00 and takes place at the Centro de Arte Juan Ismael in Puerto del Rosario. Admission is free.
