The competition will take place at the Plazoleta del Kiosko in Playa de Mogán. It is being organised by Mogán Town Council through its Department of Citizen Participation. Entries should capture the scenic, architectural and human aspects of Playa de Mogán.
On Saturday, the stamping of the canvases begins at 7:30. The competition itself runs from 8:00 to 13:00. From 13:30 to 16:00, the completed works will be exhibited. At 14:30, the jury will announce its decision and present the prizes.
The prizes consist of a first prize of 1,300 euros from Mogán Town Council, a second prize of 700 euros from Puerto de Mogán S.A. and a third prize of 500 euros from Billy's Bar Restaurante. In addition, there will be commendation prizes of 300 euros each, donated by other partners.
Entries can be submitted from 19 October to 10 November via the Mogán Town Council's online administrative platform, where the terms and conditions of entry are also available. The competition is open to people of any nationality aged 16 and over. Younger participants may also enter, but are not eligible for a prize.
