Andrea García-Santesmases, born in 1988 in Madrid, is a lecturer at the UNED and the author of "El cuerpo deseado". At La Colectiva Espacio Sociocultural, she will be presenting her book "Un nuevo contrato sexual", published by Ariel. The subtitle is "Placer y poder en la industria del deseo femenino".
The essay examines cultural products as well as interviews with gigolos and other men who devote themselves to female pleasure. From this, the author develops a reflection on the commercialisation of sexuality, on consent and on the patriarchal pact.
