The Fleje de Flow Fest brings together urban music, sport and art in the Parque de Santa Catalina. During the day, there are showcases, DJ sets, a 3x3 basketball match featuring celebrities, the Style Warz dance competition and a graffiti zone; in the evening, there are concerts and further competitions. The event is also suitable for families. Day tickets start at five euros; evening tickets cost between 20 and 26 euros; and a two-day ticket costs 30 euros plus fees.

The festival is divided into a daytime and an evening programme. From 10:00 to 19:00, the programme features showcases by West Dubai, Tiara and Caluu C. There will also be sets by DJs Twiny, José Viera and Jonay García, a 3x3 basketball match featuring celebrities, the Style Warz dance battle and a graffiti area.
From 19:00, the programme moves to the evening stage. Juicy Bae and the El Veneno Crew, featuring Deejay Supreme and Evando Moreira, will then take to the stage. The evening will be rounded off with a three-point and dunking competition, as well as video mapping.
Various ticket types are available for Saturday. Admission to the daytime programme costs five euros, whilst the evening programme costs between 20 and 26 euros. There is also a two-day ticket for 30 euros, plus booking fees in each case.
